The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community India welcomes all the global communities to visit our mosques as well as our worldwide organized numerous seminars, Peace Symposiums and other events that bring people together to understand more about each other and it stands a great source to promote communal harmony and brotherhood.
Each year the Ahmadiyya Muslim community India conduct Peace Symposiums, Seminars and Interfaith dialogues in almost all the major cities of India and invites intellectuals and eminent personalities and religious leaders to unite on a single platform and plea to make this a peaceful Nation.
It also conducts and takes part in numerous book fairs across the nation to eradicate misconceptions in religious understandings and teachings to make India a peaceful and harmonious nation.
Ahmadi Muslims follow the same holy scriptures and teachings as other Muslims. The term “khilafat” means successorship, and the Khalifa is a successor to a Prophet of Allah whose goal is to carry to completion the tasks of reformation and moral training that were seeded by the Prophet. The first successor to the Promised Messiah(as) was Hazrat Maulvi Nooruddin(ra). Hazrat Bashiruddin Mahmud Ahmad(ra), became Khalifa II in 1914. The third Khalifa was Hazrat Mirza Nasir Ahmad(rh). Caliphate or Khilafat is a spiritual institution that succeeds prophethood. According to Islamic teachings, the office of Khilafat can, under no circumstances, be inherited from one’s father or relatives. It is a holy trust, given only to a pious follower of a Prophet.
