The Promised Messiah(as) and Imam Mahdi

The Promised Messiah – Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (peace be on him)

Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad(as) was the Promised Messiah(as) and Imam Mahdi, foretold by Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa(sa), the Holy founder of Islam.

A companion of The Holy Prophet(as) said: One day we were sitting with The Holy Prophet(sa) when this chapter was revealed. I enquired from Muhammad(sa). Who are the people to whom the words and among others of them who have not yet joined them refer? Salman(ra), a Persian was sitting among us. The Holy Prophet(sa) put his hand on Salman(ra) and said:

“If faith were to go up to the Pleiades, a man from among these would surely find it. (Bukhari).”

Hazrat Hafiz Mirza Nasir Ahmad (1909-1982) was the third Khalifa (1965-1982) of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.

As Khalifa, Hadhrat Nasir Ahmad offered great leadership and guidance when Pakistan declared the Community to be non-Muslim.

Hazrat Mirza Tahir Ahmad (1928-2003) was the fourth Khalifa (1982-2003) of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.

In addition to his many notable achievements, Hadhrat Tahir Ahmad launched the first Muslim satellite television network.
