On 26 January 2024, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Hyderabad organised a successful fruit distribution drive at MNJ Cancer Hospital, distributing packages of fruits and beverages to patients. The initiative aimed to provide comfort and support to patients during their treatment journey.
Volunteers assembled and distributed over 700 packages containing a variety of fruits and beverages to cancer patients undergoing treatment at the hospital. The program not only provided tangible support to the patients but also conveyed a message of hope and solidarity.
The event was attended by around 50 members of the Community, including the district president and the missionary in charge, Hameedullah Hassan, and Hyderabad’s local president, Tanveer Ahmad. Organised under the Community’s subsidiary ‘Khidmat-e-Khalq’ (service to mankind), the program reflected the Community’s ethos of unity and service, and highlighted its commitment to serving humanity.
