On 14 July 2025, a seminar was held at Disom—The Leadership School, Amritsar, introducing the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community to the students and staff.
The keynote address was delivered by Mr K. Tariq Ahmad, National Director of Outreach, Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, India, who gave a comprehensive introduction to the Community, its history, mission, and worldwide efforts in the field of humanitarian service and peace-building. This was followed by the screening of a documentary that highlighted the Community’s international activities in education, healthcare, disaster relief, and campaigns for peace.
After the documentary, an interactive question-and-answer session took place with a panel comprising Mr K Tariq Ahmad, Mr Ataul Mujeeb Lone, Principal Jamia Ahmadiyya Qadian (the Ahmadiyya Institute of Languages and Theology), Mr Nematullah Nawaz, National Deputy Director of Outreach, and myself. The students and staff of the school raised thoughtful and engaging questions on the beliefs, humanitarian work, and peace-building mission of the Community, which were addressed by the panel with clarity and detail.
The seminar concluded with expressions of mutual appreciation and goodwill. The collaboration with The Leadership School, Amritsar, proved to be a meaningful platform to introduce the teachings and services of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community to the younger generation and to promote the universal values of peace, tolerance, and service to humanity.
