The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community participated in the 43rd North Bengal Book Fair, organised by the Greater Siliguri Publishers’ & Booksellers’ Welfare Association. The Fair was held at the Kangchenjunga Mela Ground in Siliguri from 5th to 14th December 2025.
Along with a wide range of literature published by the Community, the stall prominently featured informative posters highlighting Islam’s message of peace, compassion, and service to humanity. Special focus was given to the global peace efforts of the Worldwide Head and Fifth Caliph of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmadaba, through selected quotations from his addresses delivered at various parliaments and international forums around the world, in which he has consistently urged world leaders to uphold justice, dialogue, and mutual respect as the only path to lasting peace.
Visitors from diverse backgrounds showed keen interest in understanding the true teachings of Islam as presented by the Community, engaged in meaningful discussions with representatives at the stall, and appreciated the clear emphasis on peace, tolerance, and interfaith harmony, making the Community’s participation a valued and impactful presence at the fair.
